The Inner Wheel Club of Cirencester, which was chartered in October 1962, meets every fourth Wednesday of the month, except August and December, at the Royal Agricultural University for a two course meal, lots of friendship and with speakers on various topics. Inner Wheel is a global organisation with a focus on friendship, service and International understanding, founded in Manchester in 1924 by Margaret Golding and is affiliated with Rotary International in over 100 countries.
